Hi!
Few human expressions are as amazing as the act of creation — one of our most special superpowers. Also, few things feel as significant as seeing transformation in others through the exercise of our own creativity. May this transformation last the span of a song or a lifetime, music has been an essential part of us since the dawn of mankind, holding a unique place in our very nature. For this reason, music is the perfect shortcut to speak straight into our minds, bodies and souls.
I've devoted my life to understanding music and sound because I know there are countless great stories out there waiting to be told that might be heard more easily using their power. I love helping others transform ideas into finished works and using my experience and passion to create exactly what is needed. In the process, I've had the privilege to connect with others and learn more about them, the world, and even myself.

About:
Pablo Mirete is an LA-based music producer, composer, and audio engineer known for his creative intuition and ability to craft captivating music. With a focus on authenticity and emotion, Pablo strives to bring out the true essence of every artist and story he works with, blending technical mastery with emotional depth.
Having worked with GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY Award winners like Humberto Gatica, Paquito D'Rivera, Pablo Ziegler, and Mireya Ramos, to name a few, Pablo has earned a reputation for his collaborative and creative approach to working with artists. His work spans a wide range of formats, and has been featured in platforms like ESPN and Disney+, including the Goya-nominated film Umbrellas, for which he composed the soundtrack, earning the Best Soundtrack award at the Fugaz Awards in 2021. He also contributed to projects like Nuestro Mundo, which supported the Afro Latin Jazz Alliance’s COVID-19 Emergency Artist Fund and became part of Arturo O’Farrill’s acclaimed Virtual Birdland series — recognized by the New York Times as one of the "10 Best Quarantine Concerts."
Pablo’s passion for elevating creative visions is evident not only in his studio work but also in the major cultural events he’s been involved with, such as Justin Timberlake’s Honorary Degree concert at Agganis Arena, where he served as an arranger and orchestral conductor. He took on similar roles for other cultural events such as the Latin America VIVE Music Festival 2017 & 2018 and Soundscapes of Spain. He has co-led music production, leadership, and experimental music workshops at renowned institutions like MIT and MASS MoCA, sharing his expertise and inspiring new generations of artists. He has worked with a diverse set of talents, including Gloria Trevi, Luis Jara, Martik Kanian, Peter Gallagher, and The Serenad3.
Pablo's journey began in Spain, where he received formal classical training in piano, clarinet, theory, and composition. At 16, he earned a scholarship to study in Canada, winning and gaining early recognition at the Ottawa Kiwanis Music Festival — a formative experience that further fueled his passion for music. His musical path then led him to Boston, where he graduated summa cum laude from Berklee College of Music on a full-tuition scholarship from the college and the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation, becoming a Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation Ambassador. At Berklee, he earned dual degrees in Contemporary Writing & Production and Professional Music, with concentrations in Writing for TV, Composition, and Music Technology, along with a minor in Video Game Scoring. This technical foundation underpins his versatile creative output, enabling him to navigate different types of projects seamlessly.
Pablo's composition Kintsugi was one of the winners in the Symphony for a Broken Orchestra Remix Contest and was included in the Suites for a Broken Orchestra album alongside works by Pulitzer-prize-winning composer David Lang. He also participated in Real Industry’s Real Startup program in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, which provided him with insights into the intersection of music, technology, and entrepreneurship. Over the last several years, he has become increasingly interested in projects that use music as a means for positive social impact and entrepreneurship. He participated in the Ruta Quetzal program in Mexico and Spain, where he explored cultural exchange, social entrepreneurship, and premiered one of his chamber orchestra compositions. He also attended the Global Cultural Leadership Summit in Abu Dhabi through a fellowship with The Canales Project, focusing on cultural entrepreneurship and global artistic collaboration. He also worked with Found Sound Nation in New York City, a collective that uses music to build community and foster social change, further expanding his commitment to using music as a tool for meaningful impact.
Now based in Los Angeles, Pablo continues to push the boundaries of music production and composition. He is particularly passionate about working with independent artists and filmmakers, helping them bring their creative visions to life through his expertise in music production, composition, songwriting, and mixing. Whether collaborating with jazz legends, scoring films, or refining a client's vision in the studio, Pablo remains dedicated to music's transformative power—crafting every note with care, creativity, and a drive to connect deeply with audiences.
